I started training 6 years ago and I shredded myself a lot but for the mass, I gave up last year. I took creatine, a lot of protein and I was eating like a pig with 5 to 6 meals a day. The mass never came until I gave a try on NOK2 by Allmax. My buddy who own a vitamin shop tried the free sample he received and in the first week, he was already pumped. So I bought a bottle and was amaze right away. Dont believe its a miracle potion. You still need to work hard but it helped me enought to be fanally able to take mass.
