Aroma MD Sweet Sleep

A physician formulated blend of essential oils that increase duration of sleep, reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, reduce night waking, increase refreshed wakening in the morning and create feelings of peace and calm. Sweet Sleep can be placed on a pillow, a tissue, a child's favorite sleeping blanket or stuffed toy. It can be used in diffuser blend for large groups in common rooms in institutional settings (i.e. hospice, oncology, geriatric or pediatric wards). Mix Sweet Sleep with a small amount of food one hour before bedtime for longer lasting effect.

Ingredients:
Lavender, Chamomile, Atlas Cedar.

Dosage:
INTERNAL: 1 drop per year of age up to 20 drops.

TOPICAL: For cosmetic aromatherapy benefits: 5-15 drops to chest or feet.

BATH: 10-40 drops.

DIFFUSER BLEND: 3-8 drops in diffuser or 1-5 drops on cotton ball 15 minutes before sleep.

Precautions:
Use as directed. Use with caution if taking siezure medications or sleep aids. Doses of medication may have to be adjusted. Internal use not recommended during pregnancy. Discontinue use after 4 weeks of continuous use and seek professional help if symptoms persist.
