I recently fell off the healthy eating wagon for a couple of months and managed to put back on a good 14 lbs. of the 30 I'd recently lost. I was tired of all the slow-working (if at all!) OTC supposed fat burners I'd tried in the past and decided to do a little homework. I read a lot of favorable reviews and info on this particular product and I ordered a bottle and let me tell you: I'm amazed with the results! After yet another senseless binge (this one involved WAY too much pizza!) last Friday, I decided it was time to get back on track. I started taking Tetrazene Extreme the next day (Saturday). I had weighed myself the previous Thursday and weighed in at 159 lbs. (I'm 5'3", female). I ate healthy, small meals containing lean proteins and complex carbs (the way I always should eat!) every few hours and drank plenty of water throughout the weekend and only did one quick 20 minute strength training session on Sunday. I weighed myself today (Monday) and the scale read 153! I was full of energy all weekend and actually had to make myself eat because it's a great appetite suppressor, too. Sure, I know that the 6 lbs. I dropped over the weekend is water weight, but I'll take it! lol. It's a great start :). By far the most effective weight-loss pill I've had in a LONG time. I only recommend that you only take one pill per dose for the first couple of days until you get used to it, because it is strong. |
