If you are using Garden of Life whole food based dietary supplements such as Living Multi, it is fine to continue to do so during your cleanse because our products are made with whole food based ingredients.
You may pause probiotic supplementation during the cleanse, as they are likely to be eliminated. We do not recommend starting probiotics for the first time until after you have completed the 10 days using Perfect Cleanse.
