The grapefruit was first introduced to Florida in the 1820's. In the United States, most grapefruit is still grown in Florida. Eczema - One study suggests that grapefruit may provide benefits in treating eczema. However, this study is small, and therefore it is unclear whether there is any benefit from grapefruit for this condition.
