- Lean forward and turn your head to the side
- Insert eh spout of the Neti Pot gently into the upper nostril to create a comfortable seal.
- Raise the Neti Pot gradually so the saline solution flows in through the upper nostril and out the lower nostril. Breathe through the mouth.
- Once the solution has flowed through, exhale to clear the nasal passages.
- Repeat steps 1 through 5 with the other nostril.
Eco Neti Salt Jar Use to perform the nasal wash as directed in your Neti Pot instructions. Place a level neti-spoonful into your Neti Pot and add warm water. Keep tightly closed to protect form moisture. Neti Wash Plush Daily Neti Pot Boost Shake Well Before Use. Fill your Neti Pot with warm water and a level 1/4 teaspoon of pure, non-iodized Neti-Pot Salt. Stir until salt is dissolved. Add 1/2 dropper-full to the prepared solution. Increase or decrease the amount based upon your personal preference. Shake to ensure even distribution of the oils. Perform the nasal wash as directed in your Neti Pot instructions.
