So if either of these Negate Feedback Loops are active, more than likely testosterone production will be limited or shut down and estrogen will be free to roam throughout the body. The seconds step is to disable the Androgen Negative Feedback Loop. 3,17-dioxo-etiochol-1,4,6-triene is also a site-specific androgen receptor blocker, which effectively reduces androgen receptor activity of the hypothalamus by up to 90%! Unfortunately, most of the body's testosterone, whether it's produced in the testes or taken directly into the bloodstream via an external source, is kept in a "bound" state. What determines how much free testosterone we have at any given time is an enzyme known as Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG). The more you have, the more testosterone will be kept in a bound state. It's our body's way of maintaining homeostasis.
