As a dietary supplement, dissolve one (1) packet of powder in six (6) ounces of hot water and stir briskly until orange color appears (stirring activates the formula). Microwave Heating Instructions: Add contents of one (1) packet and six (6) ounces of cool water to microwave safe cup and stir. Microwave on 'high' for one and a half (1 1/2) minutes or until hot. Stir briskly until orange color appears (stirring activates the formula). Do not boil water or overheat. Stir liquid between reheatings. May repeat every six (6) hours. Do not exceed four (4) packets in twenty-four hours. Store at room temperature. Do not expose to excessive heat or moisture. Because Warm Herbal contains herbs, the powder may clump together and color may vary in the packet or when mixed with liquid. This clumping and variation in color are natural and do not affect the potency of the product.
