Brian, Taylor, October 30, 2008Read This product is capable of what it says if YOU put in the EFFORT to eat right and exercise. I've lost about 40-45lbs since June (It's almost Nov. now) And I recommend this product. I was shredding weight like it was my job. But it's time for me to bulk up again.
