- Returns Policy
All products must be returned in Sellable condition. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. All orders that are undeliverable/returned (due to bad address or no one to receive the package) will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee. To return unopened sealed merchandise within 30 days simply fill out the RMA Form. To qualify you must obtain an RMA# and return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not qualify for credit without an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number.) NO EXCEPTION WILL BE MADE.
Procedure for returning Supplements:
1. All products must be returned in “sellable" condition. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.
2. All merchandise must be returned in its original shipping packaging with all accessories that may have accompanied the original shipment.
3. Enclose the original sales slip.
4. Send the item(s) back to the return address in the original package.
5. Return the product via UPS or US mail or other common carrier prepaid and insured. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.
6. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
7. 15% Restocking Fee applies, No Exception.
8. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
9. Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days no exception will be made.
We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages returned through the US Postal Service. If we do not receive it, we cannot credit you for it. Shipping rates for packaging, insurance and delivery are not reimbursable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please call 1-877-332-5798 or E-mail our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours. DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED PRODUCTS until you contact Customer Service for instructions, as we may require return of the damaged goods. In case of damage we will ship a replacement promptly. If you have ordered incorrectly, we will ship the correct item once we have received the return of the incorrect product. All damaged goods must be reported to VitaminDeal within two business days of delivery. Any damage not reported within 2 business days of delivery date cannot be adjusted or credited.
Lingerie, Clubwear, Shoes and Intimacy Accessories Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of the order. Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, and must have tags attached. (A full refund of the original purchase price minus original shipping fee and 35% restocking fee). Women's bodysuits, body stockings, costumes, women and men panties and underwear and vibrator and massagers are NOT returnable or exchangeable.
- We WILL NOT, under any circumstances, accept any returns on already opened items. Once packaging has been opened, the item is not returnable. (ie; Fun & Games, Kama Sutra, Lubricants sections).
- We WILL NOT, under any circumstances, accepts any returns on Costumes and Seasonal Items.
- Leather lingerie is not returnable and is exchangeable for size only.
- Videos may only be returned if unopened (still in the plastic wrap).
- Costumes are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Rhinestones and Chain mail are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Massagers, Vibrator, and Attachments are NOT returnable or exchangeable!!! Electronic items can be exchanged only if there is a manufacturer defect, and in such case, the defective item will be replaced with the same item.
- We apologize that the product that you have received from us was either defective/damaged. In this case you will have to send the product back to us for testing and after we have tested the unit we will then reship you another unit. No credit can be issued for defective/damage items.
- If an expedited shipping method is chosen on the original order and all or part of the order is returned or exchanged, we do not reimburse the original expedited shipping charge. Exchanges are shipped by ground unless an expedited shipping method is requested, and in such case, an additional shipping charge will be added.
- Please note that we do not issue call tags. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
- If we ship a package and it comes back to us either as "Refused" or "Undeliverable" due to a bad shipping address provided by the customer, we will credit the credit card on file for the return, not including original shipping fee and 35% restocking fee.
