All orders placed online, mailed-in, phoned-in on weekday (Monday-Friday) before 12:00PM PST (3:00PM EST) are shipped the same day.
U.S. Orders
We ship anywhere in the continental United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We also ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses and other military or overseas addresses. Orders with overnight shipping will generally leave our warehouse the same day if your order is placed before noon.
UPS Delivery Time
Most orders arrive in 1 to 5 business days from time of processing. If you order on-line and give us a good E-mail address then you will receive a confirmation E-mail giving you the tracking number.
USPS Delivery Time
USPS delivery is (1) one to (7) seven business days anywhere in the Continental USA. Orders being shipped to FPO, APO and P.O. Boxes are delivered via USPS, regardless of weight.
International Orders

SHIPMENT CONTRACT & TRACKING:
We will charge you the shipping fee each time to re-ship any package that is either incorrectly addressed or re-routed back to us due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides us, so if you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is returned to us, you will be charged shipping to have the package(s) re-shipped. For customers who elect to cancel their returned orders, the order will be subject to any cost incurred by us.
VitaminDeal.com is not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. Again, we generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides us, so if you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is lost, vitamindeal.com is not responsible.
If you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we will charge a $10.00 address correction fee. If your package is re-routed, returned or lost, all policies listed above apply. PLEASE TAKE CARE TO INCLUDE YOUR CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS.
Please Note: Orders are shipped by UPS whenever possible. All orders received over the weekend (Friday - Sunday) will not be processed until Monday. UPS shipping is available only in the contiguous 48 states. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. box.
BACK ORDERS
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product, occasionally a product may be on back order. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will hold the shipment of your entire order until all products are available. All backorders will not be held after five business days. Any order placed on the weekends will be shipped on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.
SPECIAL HANDLING TIME ON PRODUCTS
Products Such as Novelties, Massagers, Furnitures, Lingereis and Seasonal Items (Costumes) Carry a SPECIAL HANDLING time stamp due to the nature of the product. Please Refer to the availability on each product for the special handling time!
