The EPA + DHA in Salmon Oil and the GLA work as a team to promote a healthy balance of prostaglandin types in the human body. Salmon Oil is naturally rich in the important Omega-3's, EPA and DHA. GLA is an important Omega-6 component. Carlson Salmon Oil is extracted from salmon found in the deep, unpolluted waters of Norway. The GLA is derived from black currant seed oil.
