Instructions on Use:


Heat Therapy:

Place in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes intervals until optimal warmth is achieved. Always test temperature before using. Wrap should feel warm or desired comfort. If overheated or too hot to the touch, allow to cool before use as overheating may cause burns.


Cold Therapy:

Seal in a plastic bag and place in freezer overnight. May be left in freezer indefinitely until ready for use.



Care:

Remove cover and machine wash cold. Hang to dry. Do not get grain pack wet.
